Easy Refunds

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best IPTV experience. Before requesting a refund, please contact our expert support team to resolve any issues. We assure you that we will do our best to find a solution. To get a refund follow the process below.

  1. # Submit Request: Fill out our Refund Form to initiate your refund request.
  2. # Review and Inspection: We will review and inspect your request. You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. # Approval and Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Crypto) within a few business days.

Refund Procedures

We offer a full refund within 3-7 days, depending on the subscription pack you have purchased:

  • 3-Day Full Refund: Available for 1-Month Pack.
  • 5-Day Full Refund: Available for 3-Month Pack.
  • 7-Day Full Refund: Available for 6-Month and 12-Month Packs.

For 6-Month and Yearly Packs, partial refunds are available based on the duration of service used.

Important: Once you request a refund, you will not be eligible to subscribe to our service again in the future.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account, PayPal, or Crypto Wallet again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
